Ryan McKenzie located and secured 25,400 square feet of this building for international technology and electronics distributor IT Asset Partners. The property included a gated yard, high clearance, and loading docks which fit perfectly for the expanding firms goals. Additionally, $.15 per square foot was saved on the lease rate as compared to the local Chatsworth market. The new facility marks another win for the firm who already occupies for than 40,000 square feet in the west valley.

LEASED – 15748 Arminta Street, Van Nuys

Ryan McKenzie and Steve McKenzie represented the Lessor in this 5,040 square foot transaction and secured a lease with west-side transplant Rug Ideas represented by an outside broker. The facility will become the new home for the “3rd Generation Full Service Rug Company.” The five year transaction will add a favorable tenant to the 162,000 square foot business park’s tenant mix.

SUBLEASED – 2212 Kenmere Avenue, Burbank

Ryan McKenzie and Chris McKenzie were able to take advantage of low sublease rates and fulfill a short term immediate need for local entertainment consignment company Techno Empire. Combining two warehouses into one and saving a tremendous square foot cost in the Burbank marketplace was the goal. Ultimately, 25,644 square feet was subleased until the end of the term.

Ryan McKenzie and Chris McKenzie were able to secure a lease with the fast growing company New Image Custom Screen Printing. “New Image’s” goal was to obtain a larger industrial facility for long term expansion purposes. They were able to increase size from 6,000 sq.ft. into this 12,000 square foot facility on the edge of San Fernando and Pacoima with a ten year lease.
