Where Buildings Are Business
Tonight, the Burbank City Council approved developer Overton Moore’s Creative Industrial, Office, and Retail business park. Boasting six industrial and nine office buildings, the Avion Burbank park will be the gem of the East San Fernando Valley.
Although two years away before the first properties are expected to be available, tenants are already drafting offers to claim their space.

Ryan McKenzie located and secured 25,400 square feet of this building for international technology and electronics distributor IT Asset Partners. The property included a gated yard, high clearance, and loading docks which fit perfectly for the expanding firms goals. Additionally, $.15 per square foot was saved on the lease rate as compared to the local Chatsworth market. The new facility marks another win for the firm who already occupies for than 40,000 square feet in the west valley.
